At 25, Giulia Gwinn stands as a pillar for both Bayern Munich and the German national team. Her adaptability allows her to shine as a right-back or midfielder, seamlessly merging defensive resilience with offensive creativity. In February 2025, Gwinn’s leadership qualities were recognized with her appointment as Germany’s captain

9. Mary Earps (England, Goalkeeper, PSG)

At the club level, Earps has delivered consistent performances in the Women’s Super League, solidifying her reputation as one of the top goalkeepers in the game at Manchester United before moving to Paris Saint-Germain. She has maintained 26 clean sheets in 53 matches for her country.

8. Vivianne Miedema (Netherlands, Forward, Manchester City)

Dutch striker Vivianne Miedema’s transfer to Manchester City in July 2024 further cemented her status as one of the premier forwards in women’s football. Known for her clinical finishing and intelligent movement, Miedema has been a consistent goal scorer in the Women’s Super League. Her contributions to the Netherlands national team have been equally impressive, with numerous goals and assists highlighting her international pedigree.

5. Caroline Graham Hansen (Norway, Forward, Barcelona)

Norwegian winger Caroline Graham Hansen has been a standout for FC Barcelona since her 2019 arrival. Her stellar performances in recent seasons earned her the UEFA Women’s Player of the Year award twice followed by the FIFA Women's Player of the Year awards in 2023 and 2024 as Barcelona won the UEFA Women’s Champions League and Spain went on to win the FIFA Women’s World Cup. She was also named the Player of the Tournament in the World Cup. Her international contributions include 30 goals from 76 matches for Spain.
